Novem Car Interior Design currently employs approx. 3,800 people at nine locations around the world. The European Novem facilities are located in Vorbach, Kulmbach, Eschenbach (all Germany), Bergamo/ Italy, Pilsen/ Czech Republic and Zalec/ Slovenia. We have three more facilities in Atlanta / USA, Tegucigalpa/ Honduras and Beijing/China. The number of Novem employees has been growing steadily over the past few years, in Germany and elsewhere. In Germany alone, staff numbers almost doubled between 1997 and 2003.
