The Sales and Program Services, organized in customer teams, include the Novem Key Account Manager, supported by our program management.

Our Novem Service Centers work on the basis of the “one-face-to-the-customer” philosophy. Our customers profit from the advantages of short communication routes, as the teams are located in close physical proximity to each other. Fast exchange for the sake of the customer and process-oriented thinking ensure smooth business operations.

Technical Services include CAD-construction, tool purchasing, measurement technology and CNC-programming.

The Administrative Services area deals with calculation and administrative work.
