Our suppliers are required to operate a quality management system at least conforming to ISO 9001:2008; the ideal target is ISO/TS 16949:2009. We support our business partners in setting up quality and environmental management systems, and monitor the maintenance of these requirements through regular supplier evaluations and audits.

All Novem facilities are certified in accordance with ISO/TS 16949 and DIN EN ISO 14001, to meet up with our customers’ high quality requirements, and guarantee environmentally friendly production. "Health & Safety" are firmly anchored as a key element of our environmental management system. Together with our employees, we continually work on improving working conditions and environmental effects.

Identical standards for quality, work safety and environmental protection apply in all our facilities.
