Novem Car Interior Design GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “we”) takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly adheres to the rules of Data Protection legislation.
The following declaration provides an overview of how we guarantee this protection and which kind of data are collected for which purpose.
1. Scope of Application
The provider of this website and those responsible within the meaning of the Data Protection Act is Novem Car Interior Design GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “we”). This Data Protection declaration applies for our website under the domain novem.com.

2. Data Processing
The use of our website is generally possible without providing any personal details. To the extent that personal data (for example name, address or email addresses) are collected on our site, this is as far as possible always on a voluntary basis. When using our contact form and sending emails to us, you are free to provide fictitious data about your identity or only an email address. We store your information including your email address, if we need your personal data to process your request. These details shall not be forwarded to third parties without your express consent.
We draw your attention to the fact that data transmission via the internet (e.g. communication by email) can involve security risks. It is not possible to completely protect data against access by third parties.
Any usage of contact data released within the framework of the duty to publish the company information, through third parties, in order to send advertisements and information material not explicitly requested, is explicitly objected to. The operators of the website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the case of unsolicited sending of advertising such by virtue of spam messages.
3. Automatic Data Processing
Every time a user accesses our website, and every time a file is downloaded, data relating to these events are automatically logged and processed on our web server. In particular, on each access/retrieval the following data is stored:
- IP address of the requesting computer,
- date and time of request,
- web page/name of retrieved file,
- amount of data transferred,
- report whether the access/retrieval was successful,
- internet address from where the page or file is retrieved or the desired function was initiated,
- web browser used.
The previously mentioned data including the IP address is stored for the duration of the communication process to facilitate the use of our website. In addition, for a short period of time the IP address is stored to ensure IT security, in particular to protect our IT systems against misuse and to prevent attacks.
The data collected is also used for statistical purposes and to improve our website using Google Analytics (see below).
We use so-called cookies on our website. A cookie is a small file with numbers and letters, which is transferred from our web server to the hard drive of your computer and saved there in the specific folder for cookies.

5. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). The content of our site was prepared with the greatest care. However, we cannot provide any guarantee that the content is correct, complete and up-to-date.
